HBC AND CIBC Not helpful

HBC (Hudson's Bay Company) refused to work with Express Credit Repair, even though we have our clients sign off on a legally binding limited power of attorney.
They told me that they "don't deal with third party credit repair companies."

This is unbelievably poor customer service.

HBC also refused to help out the client over a very small matter. They were hostile and rigid in their approach.

The moral of the story is, don't let your bills go unpaid. It's extremely difficult to get these types of things fixed in Canada. The credit bureaus Equifax and TransUnion and the Hudsons Bay Company (HBC) have a very deaf ear when it comes to helping out the consumer.
